Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to run a working website. No accounts, no newsletters with hidden tracking, no third-party ad networks.
What we collect
Server access logs. When you visit polymarketbots.io, our Cloudflare edge collects standard request logs: timestamp, IP address, user agent, referer, requested URL, and response code. These are used to diagnose errors and detect abuse. Cloudflare retains these by default; we do not store them on our own infrastructure.
Affiliate-click attribution. When you click an
affiliate link (anything under /go/…), we record the
slug, country code (from your IP, via Cloudflare's CF-IPCountry
header), user agent, and referer in a Cloudflare D1 database. We do
not store the full IP address. This data is used to monitor the
affiliate program and detect fraud.
Optional analytics. We may run privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible or equivalent) that records aggregate visit counts, referrer sources, and page paths. No cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no third-party cookies.
What we don't collect
- Personally identifiable information (names, emails) unless you email us first.
- Behavioural tracking across other websites.
- Trading account credentials, wallet addresses, or any financial PII.
- Anything via third-party ad networks — we don't run ads.
Cookies
We use no tracking cookies. If you enable analytics, a single first-party cookie may persist for session continuity. No third-party cookies, no fingerprinting.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — hosting + edge security. Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Affiliate partners — only when you click a
/go/…link. The partner site (e.g. Minmax, NautilusTrader) sees a redirect from polymarketbots.io and may set their own cookies. We do not share any data with them. - Optional analytics provider — aggregate counts only, no PII shared.
Your rights (GDPR / similar)
- Right to access the data we hold about you.
- Right to deletion of any data we hold.
- Right to object to processing.
- Right to data portability (where applicable).

Data retention
Cloudflare server logs: per Cloudflare's defaults (typically 7 days for free tier). Affiliate-click logs: 365 days, then aggregated to monthly totals and rotated out.

We update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
